In situ hybridization (ISH) enables the precise localization of nucleic acid targets within fixed tissue samples while preserving cellular morphology. This allows researchers to study molecular signatures in the context of native tissue architecture, connecting genomic and transcriptomic data with histopathological insight.

Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH)

Our FISH assays use fluorescently labeled probes to detect and quantify nucleic acid sequences within individual cells or tissue sections. This powerful method enables visualization of genomic alterations with high sensitivity and spatial precision, supporting discovery and validation of biomarkers in oncology and genetic research.

Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization (CISH)

CISH uses chromogen-labeled probes to visualize nucleic acid targets, allowing permanent staining that can be viewed under a standard brightfield microscope. This method is particularly suited for profiling gene expression signatures at cellular and single-cell resolution, revealing spatial relationships within tissues and enabling direct comparison with immunohistochemistry (IHC) or H&E staining.
